Hassle-Free Returns and Exchange Policy at Gadget Land

In the rare instance that you encounter a manufacturing defect or receive an incorrect item, our comprehensive return and exchange policy ensures your satisfaction. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To initiate a return or exchange, we kindly request you to record an unboxing video of the product. This video serves as essential documentation for the return process. Regrettably, we cannot process any return or exchange requests without a corresponding unboxing video.

Non-Applicable Scenarios

Please note that certain scenarios are exempt from our return, exchange, refund, or warranty policies. These include:

  • Physical Damage or Burned Items: We cannot accept items that exhibit physical damage or signs of being burned.
  • Digital Products and Software: Returns and exchanges are not applicable to digital products or software.
  • Clearance Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Damaged Seals: If the product’s seal has been tampered with or damaged, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
  • Undergarment Items: Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories, Chargers, Adapters: Individual accessories, chargers, and adapters cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Unpaid Gift Items: Gift items without a corresponding purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Scratched Products: Products with visible scratches are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Unsellable Condition: Items must be in a resellable condition to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Incomplete Deliveries: Products must include all originally delivered accessories, papers, and other items to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Incompatibility: Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on third-party app, software, or device compatibility issues.

Prompt Reporting

If you encounter any issue with your purchase, we kindly request that you notify us within 24 hours by emailing support@gadgetland.com. Timely reporting helps us address your concerns swiftly.

Return Procedure

For returns, ensure that you package the item with care, including all boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, and gift items. Please refrain from using sticky tape on the product’s surface. You can choose to either deliver the item to our office or send it via courier to our office address. While sending the package, please note that courier charges are to be borne by you.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will thoroughly inspect it. If a refund is warranted, it will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item.

Courier Charges

In the event of a faulty product, we will cover courier charges within Dhaka (50 Tk) and outside Dhaka (100 Tk). Additional charges, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer. Should you choose to return a product in good condition for a refund, please note that payment processing fees and delivery charges will be borne by you.

Gifts, Discounts, and Cashbacks

If you received any gifts, discounts, or cashbacks with your purchase, they must be returned along with the product to qualify for a refund.
