Dhaka City Deliveries
Within Dhaka City, we predominantly partner with SteadFast and occasionally use PaperFly Courier for exceptional cases. Our goal is to get your order to you within 24-72 hours. Enjoy free delivery for orders exceeding BDT 10,000 in value and weighing less than 2 kg. If your order falls outside these criteria, delivery charges will be quoted during checkout.
Gadget Land Office Pickup
If you prefer to collect your order from our office, you’re welcome to do so. However, we kindly request you to confirm stock availability by calling our hotline at (880) 9613-660304. Once confirmed, pickups can be made from Gadget Land’s offices between 10 AM and 7 PM, every day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Inside Dhaka: Generally, your order will be delivered on the next business day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, delivery might take 2 to 3 working days, and we’ll notify you via email or phone call.
- Outside Dhaka/ Nationwide: We serve major cities across the country through various courier services. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. Most national orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. In special cases, we’ll keep you updated for accurate delivery schedules.
Please note that most of our products are dispatched on the same day if the order is placed and confirmed before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will typically be dispatched the following day.
Delivery Charges
Yes, we do charge for shipping based on the delivery location and the value of your order. Orders above BDT 10,000 are eligible for free delivery.
- Dhaka City: For most deliveries within Dhaka city, orders exceeding BDT 10,000 in value and weighing less than 2 kg qualify for free delivery. Outside these criteria, delivery charges will be provided during checkout.
- Nationwide: For deliveries outside Dhaka, most items incur a shipping charge of BDT 100 to 150, with estimates provided during checkout.
Pickup Option
Absolutely! You can place an order online and confirm stock availability before visiting our office. However, certain items may have exceptions. Contact us at (880) 9613-660304 to confirm the Office Pickup schedule.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse (typically on the same day for orders before 5 PM), we’ll send you an email notification. This email may include a tracking number when necessary. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order status online.

Adjusting Delivery Details
Should you need to change your delivery details after placing an order, contact us at (880) 9613-660304 or email us immediately. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. Once dispatched, changes might not be possible.
