Please note that our Replacement Warranty is applicable only once per product. If subsequent issues arise within the warranty period, they will be covered under our service warranty. In essence, the Replacement Warranty is a one-time offer; we regretfully cannot provide multiple replacements for the same product.

When a product is sold with a Replacement Warranty, you are entitled to receive a new product upon inspection, provided it meets the necessary criteria. However, certain factors may render a product ineligible for replacement, including:
- Physical damage
- Burn marks or similar indications of damage
- Deviation from original software or tampering with warranty void stickers
- Abnormal usage or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
- Replacement of an item previously under warranty
In circumstances where immediate product replacement is unavailable due to limited stock, the process may take slightly longer. In such cases, we may offer a service warranty until the replacement can be arranged.
