In essence, the Replacement Warranty is a one-time offer; we regretfully cannot provide multiple replacements for the same product.

  • Burn marks or similar indications of damage
  • Deviation from original software or tampering with warranty void stickers
  • Abnormal usage or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
  • Replacement of an item previously under warranty

In circumstances where immediate product replacement is unavailable due to limited stock, the process may take slightly longer. In such cases, we may offer a service warranty until the replacement can be arranged.
